alignment with these concepts. We work with clients to institute the Brand
Value Management Operating System within the organization.
We consult on creating Brand Frameworks. We advise on the internal development of Brand Plans.
We have helped clients select the executional resources for
implementing the Brand Programs. We
work with these resources on the development of specific brand programs.

Presentations: The
emphasis of each presentation is different depending on the audience. As you
can imagine, different audiences have different interests and it is best to
customize a presentation relevant to the concerns of the audience.
Presentations have been designed for top management, middle management,
finance, R&D, sales conferences, dealer and distributor conventions,
off-site management workshops and meetings, advertising agencies, public
relations companies and others. These presentations usually last one to two
hours.

Seminars: These
are three to four-hour seminars designed to get into the concepts of Brand
Value Management (BVM) in greater detail.
There is more opportunity for Q&A.
The group size is usually 20 to 60 people.
Often the participants are an internal team sharing a common
interest. The best seminars are

research: We
advise on the design of market research projects. We can also serve as the
general contractor on various market research projects. These include
design, analysis, interpretation and report. We work with clients to design
and implement metrics. We design global and national tracking studies to
audit progress in communicating the brand promise, building brand power,
creating brand loyalty and increasing brand value.

Training: These
range from a one-day course to a six-day course.
We customize an appropriate course of training to meet the
company’s needs. Training is
a combination of both principles and operations with hands-on learning
